Member's Section

This Section is only accessible to current members of the Canadian Academy of Periodontology.

To enter this section:

1. In the space for "User Name", please type the first letter of your first name, followed by your last name (in upper case characters with no accents, apostrophes or spaces). For example type JOCONNOR for John O'Connor.
2. Enter your Password (Member Number on your Membership Card)
3. Click on the OK button.

Please Note: The online database of CAP members is updated once a year. If you've recently joined, you may not yet be in the online database but will be added with the next update.
